Sheila Kamerick works closely with the Client Service Team and Associate Advisors to serve the needs of Foster Group clients. In this role, Sheila assists in the production and tracking of many types of documents for our clients, including opening new accounts, transferring money between accounts, completing address changes, and processing client deposits.

Sheila’s professional career began at Waukee State Bank (now First American Bank), where she was a Customer Services Representative and then Personal Banker. Realizing that the financial field was becoming a passion of hers, Sheila then joined a larger organization, Bank of the West, to gain more knowledge and insight about the banking industry. After almost two years there, Sheila received the opportunity to join Liberty Bank, where she worked as a Deposit Operations Specialist, helping support more than 20 branches in Iowa and Florida by handling many different aspects of back-office operations. Sheila attended Faith Baptist Bible College in Ankeny, Iowa, where she met her husband, Jack. They now have three college-aged children.


Joining the Foster Group team in 2013 was a dream come true. I knew I would be surrounded by a group of talented, passionate people who care about helping their clients reach their financial goals.

When not on the job at Foster Group, I enjoy singing at my church on the Worship Team and singing duets with my husband. When time allows, I enjoy reading, especially anything by John Maxwell, Dave Ramsey, or Kevin Leman. My weekends are often spent playing Wallyball at the YMCA, hanging out with my grandson or shopping with my girls. A quote I love from Dave Ramsey is, “If you can identify the enemies of your financial peace, you can defeat them.”
