Professional
Kassidy Rinderknecht is a Client Service Specialist located in our West Des Moines, Iowa office. She is a member of the Client Service Team and her main role in day-to-day operations is to handle money movement within the firm, manage client accounts, and execute client paperwork. Kassidy was our summer intern for two years and has more than four years of customer service experience prior to joining the team at Foster Group.
Personal
I love living life to the fullest. Outside of work, I enjoy going to concerts with friends and spending time with family. I also like to stay active in my free time, by golfing in the summer and doing Pilates a couple times a week.
After my first year as an intern, I was sure that Foster Group was the place I wanted to end up. I felt welcomed and was able to grow in my professional life as well as my personal life. Experiencing being “truly cared” for is something I did not realize I was missing out on until working at Foster Group. I fully believe that you perform at work based on how you are treated as an employee, and that is why Foster Group provides such great service.
