Jessie Hoepker is a Portfolio Management Associate at Foster Group, located in our West Des Moines office. She manages client portfolios by executing trades, performing periodic rebalancing, investing new contributions, and making cash available for distributions.
Prior to joining Foster Group, Jessie spent more than nine years working as an accountant. In that role, she prepared financial statements, reconciled accounts, administered payroll, and supported day-to-day business functions for a wide range of clients.
Personal
I always seek out opportunities to help and serve others. What drew me to Foster Group is the company’s value of care – for its clients, for its employees, and for the community at large. I love the authenticity and intentionality at the heart of Foster Group’s work, and I am so excited to be a part of a culture that fights for positive change every day through its compassion.
When I am away from the office, I enjoy going to cafés and restaurants, walking my dog, and trying new experiences, whether at local events or far-off places. I am blessed to have a lot of family and friends nearby, and I love all the time I get to spend with them. In my quieter moments at home, I like to curl up with a hot cup of tea or coffee and read a book, watch a show or movie, or play a thoughtful, story-driven video game.
