Kyle Johnson is a Senior Developer at Foster Group. He is focused on developing solutions for both internal and external tools and applications. He graduated from Iowa State University in 2014 with a Computer Engineering degree. Prior to joining Foster Group, Kyle worked for five years as a software developer for a population health management company.
Personal
I have always been drawn to helping and equipping people, and I enjoy problem solving. Both of those combined drew me to software development as a career.
In April 2015, I married my wife Kari. We enjoy going on walks and hikes with our goofy dog, traveling and are passionate about serving in our church.
In my spare time, you can usually find me working on house projects, grilling or reading. A quote from CS Lewis which describes me most of the time is “You can never get a cup of tea large enough or a book long enough to suit me”.
