Personal

Throughout my life, I was actively involved in sports such as soccer, track, and cross country. Being so involved in sports helped shape me into the person I am today. It taught me strength, dedication, and perseverance. I still love working out and being active!

And growing up in a family of musicians, it was inevitable that I, too, would become one. I learned three instruments throughout my childhood but, ultimately, chose the piano. I love music, writing, and reading. While going to school for American Literature, I found a love for writing creative nonfiction and poetry. Although I don’t get to write as much as I used to, I still love it and try to write as much as I can. Outside of work, you can find me in the gym, or outside with my daughter. We both love to be outside as much as the weather permits.

“I cannot remember the books I’ve read any more than the meals I have eaten; even so, they have made me.”  – Ralph Waldo Emerson
