With a strong background in hospitality, Rachelle is passionate about providing exceptional service and building meaningful connections with both clients and team members.
Before joining Foster Group, Rachelle worked in the meetings and events industry, serving clients in a variety of capacities. She also held leadership roles in customer service and management, experiences that instilled in her a deep commitment to care, attentiveness, and lasting relationships.
Personal
I am grateful to be part of a company that values the impact of hospitality in every interaction. I find joy in serving others, both in the workplace and in my community. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my three children. I am actively involved in my church and find peace in my garden, often sharing flowers with friends and neighbors.
