Denae Nielsen serves as a Client Coordinator in Foster Group’s West Des Moines office. In her role, she helps create a seamless and welcoming experience for clients by coordinating meetings, managing schedules, and ensuring all inquiries are directed to the appropriate team members with care and efficiency. Her strong organizational skills and client-focused mindset assure that each interaction reflects Foster Group’s commitment to exceptional service. Prior to joining Foster Group, Denae worked in the non-profit sector supporting teams who served individuals experiencing mental health crises and substance use challenges. This experience solidified her dedication to teamwork, empathy, and meaningful service.
Personal
From a young age, I knew I wanted a career centered around supporting others and fostering meaningful relationships. This role allows me the privilege of building genuine connections while finding creative solutions to complex challenges. Every day brings a new opportunity to make a positive difference, and I’m grateful to be part of Foster Group where I can do what I love while working alongside an inspiring team of individuals.
Outside of work, you can find me hiking with my dog, spoiling her with plenty of attention, playing tennis, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and spending time with friends and family. As a lifelong learner, I’m always seeking new opportunities to expand my knowledge and refine my skills. Curiosity and determination are among my greatest assets, qualities that continue to fuel my passion for personal and professional growth.
