Current Role
Wade Den Hartog is a Lead Advisor at Foster Group, where he helps clients align their financial lives with what matters most to them. He partners with individuals and families to develop and implement personalized financial plans, providing guidance that helps them pursue their goals with clarity, confidence, and purpose.
What motivates you in the work you do each day?
My purpose is to bring glory and joy to God by serving others well. I enjoy building authentic relationships, having meaningful conversations, and helping people evaluate new possibilities so they can confidently pursue what matters most to them..
Experience & Community
Before joining Foster Group, Wade spent more than five years helping individuals and families navigating charitable giving strategies by partnering with financial advisors and estate planning attorneys. Wade earned his bachelor’s degrees in marketing and management, along with his MBA, from Drake University. He also holds the Chartered Advisor in Philanthropy (CAP®) designation and is a Certified Kingdom Advisor® (CKA®). He serves on the Board of Directors for the Food Bank of Iowa and is a member of the Mid-Iowa Estate & Financial Planners Association.
Beyond the Office
Wade’s greatest joy is being a husband and father. He enjoys spending time with family and friends, grilling, golfing and cheering on the Drake Bulldogs, Iowa Hawkeyes, Minnesota Vikings, and Minnesota Twins.
