Nikki is a Advisory Team Leader at Foster Group, located in our West Des Moines, IA office. In this role, she assists with the delivery and implementation of financial plans and meets client service needs.
She graduated from Drake University with a Bachelor’s degree in Finance and Accounting. Her passion for financial responsibility amplified in college, where she also developed a strong desire to help people make smart financial decisions. Prior to joining Foster Group, Nikki worked in commercial property and casualty insurance at LMC Insurance as an Account Manager for five years.
Personal
The words of Proverbs 3:5-6 have always been important to me. “Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and do not lean on your own understanding. In all ways acknowledge him, and he will make straight your paths.” Life is messy. Leaning on God has given me hope, and acknowledging Him in my life has led to some crazy, beautiful blessings such as graduating from Drake University, my nieces and nephews, a family that is crazy, but so great to have on my team, and wonderful friends over the years. I truly am blessed.
Welcoming people in is one of my strengths. Whether I have seen you once or twice, you can bet I will say, “Hi” and make an effort to talk with you, especially if you love the Packers half as much as I do. On Sundays, you can find me at church in the morning and then cheering loud and proud for Green Bay. I also enjoy live music. If a country artist is in the state of Iowa, odds are I’m at the concert belting my heart out. I also enjoy my adorable nieces and nephews. They bring me so much joy, and loving on them is one of my greatest delights. My all-time favorite place to be is on the water. I could spend forever at the lake.
