Travis J. Rychnovsky, CFA^® serves as Chief Growth Officer at Foster Group, where he leads the firm’s growth strategy, brand, and client engagement efforts. Since joining the firm in 2004, he has held several leadership roles, helping shape the firm’s strategy, operations, and long-term vision. Travis is passionate about building strong relationships and creating meaningful experiences for clients and teammates.

What brought you to Foster Group, and why have you chosen to stay?

Experience & Community

Travis earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Economics from Simpson College and an MBA, with honors, from the University of Iowa. He has served in leadership roles with Simpson College, Broadlawns Medical Center, and several professional advisory boards. His passion for continuous improvement and community involvement reflects his belief that meaningful growth extends beyond business.

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Travis enjoys traveling with his wife and their two sons, reading leadership books, and hosting gatherings with family and friends. He believes some of life’s best moments come from investing in relationships and bringing people together.
