Experience & Community

Before joining Foster Group, Monica spent more than 15 years leading marketing and communications projects with a focus on collaboration, organization, and building strong relationships. She earned her Bachelor of Fine Arts from Drake University and enjoys finding creative ways to turn ideas into action.

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Monica enjoys camping with her family, planning her next motorcycle adventure, and bringing people together over meaningful conversations. She believes the best ideas and the strongest relationships are built through authentic connections, shared laughter, and a great glass of red wine.
