Professional
Max Simmons serves as a Client Service Specialist in our West Des Moines office. He is a member of the Client Service Team and works closely with the Advisory Services Team to help facilitate and support client needs. Max previously spent two summers with us as an intern and discovered a career path he is truly passionate about.
Personal
I grew up in the Des Moines area, raised by two loving parents, who instilled the values that continue to guide me today. Consistency has been a defining theme in my life. It shapes how I show up for myself, my clients, and my coworkers every day.
One of my favorite quotes is, “The scariest place to be is the same place as last year. Grow.” I’m highly motivated by personal and professional development, and this quote, which lives on my screensaver, serves as a daily reminder to keep striving toward growth.
Outside of work, I’m passionate about health and fitness. I’m usually training for a new running milestone or working toward a goal in the gym. I also follow sports closely and love cheering on the Iowa Hawkeyes, often alongside family and friends. Those are two things that are especially important to me.
