Laci Williams serves as an Executive Assistant at Foster Group. Her primary responsibility is to provide support to the Executive Team.

Laci graduated from AIB College of Business.  She has a passion for serving others, which has been satisfied through customer service roles for many years.  Prior to joining Foster Group, Laci worked as an inside sales representative for Monarch Materials Group.  She has also served in customer service and management roles for Sprint, Eddie Bauer, Travel and Transport, and Marriott hotels.  These roles have taught her the importance of developing and nurturing relationships with clients to create an enjoyable experience that benefits both the client and the company.

Personal

I am so grateful to be part of a company that has a genuine passion for developing relationships with their employees and with their clients.  It creates a fun and rewarding atmosphere that I look forward to each day.  My husband, Ryan, and I have been blessed with two daughters, Alexa and Alivia.  We stay busy as a family by enjoying the outdoors in various ways, cheering on the Chicago Cubs, as well as serving at our church.  An inspiring quote that has made a significant impact in my life in the past couple of years stated, “When the world pushes you to your knees, you are in the perfect position to pray.”
