Current role

Caitlin Clemons serves as a Portfolio Management Associate at Foster Group, where she supports the ongoing management of client investment portfolios. Her responsibilities include rebalancing accounts, investing new cash contributions, preparing cash for scheduled distributions, and executing trades across stocks, bonds, ETFs, and mutual funds. Caitlin works closely with lead advisors and the investment team to help ensure client portfolios remain aligned with their investment objectives and target allocations.

What drew you to Foster Group, and what has kept you engaged with your work?

I was drawn to Foster Group because of its commitment to doing what is right for clients and its emphasis on long-term thinking. I’m motivated by the opportunity to keep learning, grow as an investment professional, and contribute to work that makes a meaningful difference in our clients’ lives.

Experience & Community

Caitlin earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from the University of Iowa. Her background in banking, financial services, and analytical roles has given her a broad perspective on financial decision-making and the importance of thoughtful, long-term planning. She is currently working towards obtaining her CFA and is committed to continuing her education and developing her investment expertise.

Beyond the Office

Outside of work, Caitlin enjoys working out, reading, trying new recipes, and spending time with friends and family. She enjoys learning new things and making time for the people and activities that matter most to her.
