Before joining Foster Group, Rachelle worked in the meetings and events industry, serving clients in a variety of capacities. She also held leadership roles in customer service and management, experiences that instilled in her a deep commitment to care, attentiveness, and lasting relationships.

Personal

I am grateful to be part of a company that values the impact of hospitality in every interaction. I find joy in serving others, both in the workplace and in my community. Outside of work, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my three children. I am actively involved in my church and find peace in my garden, often sharing flowers with friends and neighbors.
