Pam Culp is a Marketing Coordinator at Foster Group, located in our West Des Moines office. Her responsibilities include coordinating across the various marketing capabilities to ensure timely and quality execution. Prior to joining Foster Group, Pam worked at Meredith as a Digital Asset Administrator. Pam graduated from the University of Northern Iowa in 2011 with a B.A. in graphic design.

Personal

While growing up, I thought I wanted to be a teacher, but about two semesters into college, I realized that I really enjoy helping others. About that same time, I started to realize that I like being creative. I decided that I could help others by designing for them, and changed my major to graphic design. My role at Foster Group allows me to cultivate my passion for helping and engaging with the people I encounter. I use my time away from work to design for friends, family, and local organizations like my church.
