Diane Evans is a Client Coordinator at Foster Group. Her primary responsibilities include scheduling client and internal meetings, phone conferences, and travel arrangements for our Foster Group advisors, in addition to other administrative tasks. She also serves as backup in answering incoming calls and welcoming visitors to the office.

Diane’s professional career has been in the banking industry. Starting at a small community bank and 30 years later ending at a nationally known bank has given her a wide range of customer service skills and finance knowledge.

I grew up in a small farming community in Iowa, where my mother and two of my three siblings still live today. I love going back to visit as often as I can. I have recently relocated to the Des Moines area to be closer to my children and grandchild. In my spare time, I search Des Moines for new thrift stores to find old treasures and make them new again. I love to sew, whether it be a customized suit for my son-in-law or reupholstering a couch.

Over the last couple of years, I have volunteered at Days for Girls nonprofit and have really enjoyed learning more about the needs of young girls and women around the world.

I think the small, simple things in life are what makes a difference in the long run. Something as simple as giving everyone that walks through the door a warm smile or a compliment can change their whole attitude for the day.
