My Background

Professional

Molly Gibson is a Human Resources Manager at Foster Group. Molly shares her time between the Accounting and Human Resources departments. She is responsible for administration of the human resource functions, payroll, and bookkeeping. Molly has more than ten years’ experience working in the financial services industry. She graduated from Iowa State University in 2008, with a bachelor’s degree in Apparel Merchandising, Design, and Production and a secondary focus in Human Resources.

Personal

In my spare time, I spend as much time with my family as possible. My husband and I were married in the spring of 2015, and we had our daughter, the next summer. She is the highlight of every day and is an absolute joy. As a family, we enjoy traveling, being outdoors, and finding ways to make each other laugh. We are fortunate enough to live near our parents, and we value spending time with them. When awarded a parents’ night out, my husband and I enjoy watching live music and trying out new restaurants.

At Foster Group, we take great interest in understanding the individual uniqueness of every employee and client. One of my strongest traits is my ability to remain disciplined. In my job, I utilize this characteristic to ensure my work is thoughtful and thorough. In my personal life, I have used this attribute to train for and complete 3 marathons, and 6 half marathons. I also enjoy practicing yoga, which requires a great deal of mental and physical discipline. I love it that Foster Group celebrates everyone’s individuality, and I am blessed to be a part of such a phenomenal organization.
